The item you are looking at is a hand-crafted leather baldric. With an adjustable 3 buckle frog. The baldric itself is 2 7/8 inches wide and will fit any size chest properly. The leather used is hand picked for quality and suppleness. All the borders are tooled for a nice looking finished product. The buckle and rivets can be either nickel plated(silver) or brass.
The leather used is 9 oz so it is very sturdy and will last forever. With three strap style buckles of leather that can either right or left handed. The straps that buckle to the scabbard are made of 3-4 oz leather with a suede surface interior that grabs the scabbard securely for a tight fit.They can be adjusted from 1/2 inch to 3 1/2 inches so thay will fit any sword width from rapier to broadsword.
You can choose any color of the rainbow that you would like the baldric to be!!! To accent your costume or garb appropriately. The baldric can also be adorned with different tooling A Fluer De Lis, Celtic circle or cross, skull and crossbones, wolf, eagle, tudor rose or simply plain. These baldrics are very popular and I have been selling them for years at Renaissance Faires around the country. They were created with the thought of functionality as well as comfort. The three straps attatched to the baldric allow the sword to move with you and sit at a good angle while wandering at what ever events you attend. Very comfortable and attractive!!!! Multiple types of swords no problem now you dont have to change your frog out with your sword. You simply adjust the buckles to whatever width you need.
The sword is not included . The three inch re-enactors buckles only come in brass.
